Ok, let me start telling you that this one in particular, has proven with the last project called Solaria, that they are reliable and they actually fulfill.

Speaking of what Solaria is now, which is a very quiet, secure and friendly community. I can say that this Lumaria community is going to be a bigger complex with MUCH BIGGER amenities, you will feel like in a resort, vacationing.

The huge pool and common areas will give you space to swim, hang around with your buddies without mixing feeling like in a resort on high season.

This type of amenities are a VERY IMPORTANT rent factor if you are looking for an investment property.

I have an ROI report on Solaria that I can share with you, where you can have an 8-12% ROI with rents there. (this numbers are based on real units rented)

With their 113 units, looking at the ocean, this place could be a little too much for some people, if they want to live full time there.

So if you're looking for a smaller community with more simple amenities, then Lumaria is not what you are looking for.

On the other hand, if you want an investment property that cash flows, then this is a very good option.

    LAYOUT OPTIONS

    These layouts come in different options, so as you can see. The 1, 2 or 3 bedroom are very different. And to be honest, I'm not so crazy about this layouts, after seeing Solaria's wide views in some units. Here in Lumaria, they did a great job using the space, but they went a little narrower than before.

    The truth is, once you are inside one of these beautiful units, you can feel the freedom, that good mexican vibe that reminds you that you made the right choice... that's what my clients have expressed to me.
